NAIST has been certified by the Nara Labour Bureau as an institution that meets the standards of the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and received the "Kurumin" mark as a symbol that it is a recognized "child-care supportive institution." (First received on October 21, 2020) NAIST will continue to offer support for both faculty and staff so that all employees are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
