The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia's State Minister of Finance and Economic Development, H.E. Mr. Ahmed Shide Mohamed, visited NAIST on December 16th, Friday.

Minister Ahmed was invited to come to Japan by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan and visited Kansai Science City including NAIST. President Isogai welcomed him and introduced NAIST briefly. Minister Ahmed explained science and technology's policies in Ethiopia. Mr. Saito, International Coordinator from the Division for Industry-Government-Academia Collaboration, introduced NAIST's Industry-Government-Academia Collaboration activities.
