On November 11th, Professor Alberto Amorsolo Jr., Department of Mining, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering, College of Engineering, and Assistant Professor Rinlee Butch Mangrobang Cervera of the University of the Philippines Diliman made an official visit to NAIST Executive Director Mikio Kataoka.
Executive Director Mikio Kataoka, GSMS Dean Professor Kiyomi Kakiuchi, GSMS Professor Michiya Fujiki, GSMS Professor Hisao Yanagi and GSMS Assistant Professor Takashi Matsuo welcomed them at the official visit and they shared information and exchanged opinions concerning further exchanges and activities accompanying the conclusion of an Academic Exchange Agreement. The exchange was very beneficial for both sides. The representatives also attended a GSMS PhD Student Midterm Evaluation Meeting in Awaji Island (Nov.12th-14th) for the first time.
