Introduction of Program for Promoting the Enhancement of Research Universities
Aiming for a research and education base with a global presence
Nara Institute of Science and Technology was selected as an organization supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Program for Promoting the Enhancement of Research Universities" in FY2013. In this program, we are striving to strategically strengthen our research capabilities while keeping an eye on what our university should be. In addition to finding directions and future of excellent researches, we are taking on the challenge of reforming the research environment in order to become a research base that has a presence in the world in line with the changing needs of the times, such as strengthening research in fields with international competitiveness.
