A Delegation from Chiang Mai University's College of Arts, Media and Technology visit to NAIST (July 17, 2019)

On July 17 a delegation of 3 faculty members and 12 students from the College of Arts, Media and Technology (CAMT) of Chiang Mai University visited the Division of Information Science as part of an annual Japanese training program held by Chiang Mai University.

At the Division for Information Science, Prof. Kenichi Matsumoto (Software Engineering) welcomed the delegation and Dr. Masako Shimamoto (Global Engagement Administrator, Division for Global Education) introduced NAIST and our recent activities and developments. Following this, the delegation visited Division of Information Science laboratories and met with faculty and students to learn and discussion about their research and education activities.

NAIST and Chiang Mai University concluded an academic agreement in January 2018 and we hope that this visit will contribute to the valuable exchanges taking place between our institutions.
