1. Application Form* 2. Statement of Purpose* 3. Curriculum vitae (2 pages max) 4. Official transcript of records (from Year 1 to current year at University) 5. Official proof of ranking, stating the total number of students in the Department or Faculty/School or area of specialization. 6. Learning Agreement* 7. French language and/or English language certificates (if available)-B2 level is generally required. 8. Passport or identity card. *The documents can be obtained by International Affairs Section (kokusai[at]ad.naist.jp). |
