While taking thorough measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, NAIST will implement the orientation for new students as follows.
New students are kindly requested to participate upon confirmation of the details below.
※The TOEIC-IP test scheduled for April 3 is cancelled.

【Master's course orientation】
Date and time: April 2 (Thu), 2020, 10:00-14:30 (Reception starting at 9:20)
Venue: Millennium Hall and the Graduate School Complex Large Lecture Rooms
※ After the reception at Millennium Hall, participants will be sent to their assigned venues. Details will be provided at reception on that day.

【Doctoral course orientation】
Date and time: April 6 (Mon), 2020, 13:30-15:30 (Reception starting at 13:00)
Venue: Millennium Hall
※ Please note the orientation location has been changed from the original one.

• Please wear a mask whenever possible to prevent infection.
• Please thoroughly disinfect your hands with alcohol disinfectant (Located at venue entrances.
• If you have any cold symptoms, please contact the following section and refrain from attending.
